Duane serves as Sr. Vice President of Residential Development. A graduate of Purdue University, his career spans nearly 30 years where he has held various positions in site engineering, project management and corporate management. He has managed residential and commercial site engineering, geotechnical engineering, environmental services and landscape architecture departments. Duane has also served as Principal–in-charge on a number of large projects including an automobile assembly plant with support facilities in Greensburg, Indiana where he was responsible for all land surveying, civil engineering, utility coordination, geotechnical engineering and permitting; a major expansion to the Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis, Indiana where he managed and coordinated the land surveying, civil engineering and permitting services; and as project manager on a number of large residential and mixed-use development projects. He has also served as an expert witness in trial cases involving site engineering issues. He enjoys utilizing his experience to mentor civil engineers and project managers. He is licensed as a PE in the States of Indiana, Illinois, Ohio, Tennessee, Michigan, Kentucky, North Carolina and South Carolina.
