Weihe Engineers Landscape Architecture Studio and Civil Engineering team collaborated on the overall development, landscape plan, and renderings for the Bedford Falls property to achieve PUD and permit approvals. The Landscape Architecture team further assisted in the design and layout of various site amenities and features, including a clubhouse building with a pool, an outdoor kitchen and patio space, a dog run, a pickleball court, bocce, an entry monument feature, a trail system, and more. The plan preserved many of the existing trees on site and also provided extensive additional berms, trees and plantings along the project perimeter for resident privacy and screen open space from traffic along 146th frontage.
