Crossing the Finish Line

Community First Bank of Indiana is based out of Kokomo, IN and wanted to expand their financial territory to Hamilton County. The developer also had to create and obtain approvals for a PUD to allow the proposed development to fit within the confines of the site. The City of Westfield worked with CFBI to reduce some ordinance requirements to allow them to construct their new flagship branch. While working with the City for approvals, the developer also began design of their adjacent retail building which would allow for shared driveway access and connectivity between the 2 lots. Additionally a new right of way was designed for a stretch of 175th Street providing connection to both lots. CFBI was required to furnish underground detention while supplying the developer a stub for one access point to the drainage outlet for ease of permitting.
