This project was unique as Ricker’s (now GetGo) approached Whitestown about where to construct a new facility within the Town limits. Whitestown advised the client to a few key locations that had no zoning issues. The site that was selected and developed is located in an area west of the Amazon Fulfillment Center and close to other industrial facilities. Prior to development the Town indicated the lack of restaurants close by for the employees to eat lunch and return to the office during their breaks on that side of town. The GetGo was built to help fill this void. GetGo contains an outdoor eating area with pedestrian access along all local streets.
