Crossing the Finish Line
There are many challenges to overcome when converting an active 100 year old family farm to a highly used commercial node. In addition to the flat terrain and storm water challenges, this site’s main challenge was the lack of sanitary sewer service nearby. Although we always hope for the smoothest path to a completed project, we are willing and able to help our clients overcome bumps in the road like this. At the end of the coordination and permitting process, Citizens Energy Group approved Kroger to proceed with a sanitary sewer main extension that is currently under construction that will service the Kroger Marketplace as well as future parcels.
