Crossing the Finish Line

Although the GetGo site was zoned for its use and was adequate in size to accommodate all zoning requirements without a variance, the Town voted against the project as they didn’t want a fueling facility at that location. The GetGo team worked together and upon filing a lawsuit and several negotiations, the Town agreed to move the project forward, the lawsuit was dropped, and the GetGo went forward with construction. Major road improvements along the two frontages were also completed concurrently allowing GetGo to Grand Open with all improvements in place.
