Vice President, Sustainable Design

When it comes to finding nature-based solutions to creatively solve civil engineering problems that benefit people and the environment, David is eager to put his team’s passion and skills to work for a triple-bottom-line approach to a variety of project types. David has a degree in Civil & Environmental Engineering from the University of Cincinnati, is licensed in Indiana, and has achieved accreditation as both a LEED AP and SITES AP. He co-founded Land Stewards Design Group, where he served as President until merging his firm into Weihe Engineers. With a heart for service and community development, David’s leadership extends to non-profit organizations to achieve progress in affordable housing, urban agriculture, environmental preservation, and youth development. He, his wife, and three boys enjoy being in the great outdoors, experiencing local entertainment and food venues, and worshipping at Traders Point Christian Church.
