Crossing the Finish Line

The Effingham Speedway project required several public hearings for platting and site plan approval as the surrounding neighborhood had concerns with truck traffic and Effingham’s required dedication of right-of-way for future public road expansion. Additionally, we coordinated the removal and relocation of utilities with local authorities and intersection improvements with the Illinois Department of Transportation. The end product was a win-win for all involved.
