Crossing the Finish Line

The biggest challenge to this project was meeting an aggressive schedule for the start of construction. Our client, TMG, needed their Improvement Location Permit (ILP) and site permits within 45 days from the start of the civil engineering plans. We worked closely with the City of Lafayette to meet their requirements and are proud to have met the client’s desires on time. This was our first Taco Bell design with TMG Construction Management.
