Crossing the Finish Line

This project was unique as the site contained wetlands within the building pad and in a small portion of the parking lot that had to be mitigated prior to ground breaking. The permit was obtained and the site could progress forward with the grade raise fill required for the building pad and parking lots due to the existing connections for sanitary and the storm sewer being low. The project also required a variance for the rear bufferyard to eliminate the canopy tree requirement while keeping the other required plantings due to the existing adjoining tree canopy that overhangs the site. The City approved the project making it one of the first Veterans Medical Clinic offices in Indiana.
